The Evolution EF Landing Nipple is a full bore, selective nipple that allows for the location of many wireline-run and retrieved Flow Control devices, such as:

 


The EF Landing Nipple has an internal locking groove which accommodates the locking dogs of the various locating devices to prevent upward travel of the Flow Control devices.

The seal bore area provides a sealing surface to pack off the various Flow Control devices which locate into that nipple.

The standard material is alloy steel which meets NACE MR 01-75 specifications for H₂S Service. The standard thread is EUE, but various premium threads may be machined into this tool as required.
